  • I have been told that you do not need to disrobe for a Bowen therapy treatment. Is this true?

    Yes this is correct, Bowen may be done through clothing. You may be asked to remove bulky items that restrict a Bowen move being performed. Ideally clothing should be light and loose with only one layer to work through.

  • I am pregnant. Can I have Bowen therapy?
